During the current time we are taking cleaning, sanitising and social distancing very seriously. Our cleaners are well briefed about COVID-19 WHO and National recommendations and guidelines and follow our cleaning protocols closely. Check our "Stay Informed And Keep Safe" section below for more details. These are regularly reviewed as new information emerges. This is to safeguard our guests, staff and stakeholders. The elevation of our stringent hygiene and cleaning protocols include all facilities that guests will come into contact with as well as vehicles, lodge rooms & chalets which have been specifically identified as great options for isolation purposes (due to their location and amenities).

CLEANING CONSIDERATIONS & SAFETY MEASURES

  • Daily disinfecting of surfaces
  • Intensified inspections & cleaning reports have been implemented
  • A deep clean & sanitisation of any room after guest departure according to WHO protocols
  • Any room to remain without human presence for 24 hours before guest check in
  • Virtual check in process implemented to minimise human contact
  • Smallest details are carefully thought out, including key sanitisation on arrival and prior to departure
  • Hiking trail use and visits to the dam will be allowed with strict protocols in place
  • Key staff members have been identified and trained in aspects of COVID-19 response

REQUEST TO GUESTS

We are taking Covid-19 seriously , we ask that you do to. Please adhere to the below essential principles :

  • Practice social distancing with at least 2m between individuals
  • Wear a facemask when in public areas
  • Wash hands regularly with soap and warm water for 20 seconds
  • If coughing or sneezing, cover your nose and mouth with either your elbow or a tissue which you dispose of in a closed bin.
  • Bring your own hand sanitiser and ensure you and your family make regular use of it
