Life is only a reflection of what we allow ourselves to see.
This quaint little rondaval style chapel is tucked away at the edge of the garden with the most spectacular views down the valley and into the distant mountains. This sacred corner is the perfect place to sit peacefully and reflect and connect. Be grateful for your troubles by remembering that the greatest triumphs are normally born from your greatest hardships |
There are a couple of dams on the farm which many guests have enjoyed for fishing over the years. Fish include tilapia and bass. Please bring your own fishing rods.
The dams are wonderfully scenic for sundowners with rustic shacks for shelter. Enjoy watching the sunset as you braai, take a dip to cool off or enjoy a bit of dinghy fun. (Enquire at reception for paddles). |
A great option for good weather - and a big hit among the kids. This is a super way to spend the afternoon, down at the dam while the children roam free, paddle up a storm and have a heap of fun. You can either choose to drive down to the dams or take a leisurely stroll - whatever floats your boat.
