WIDE HORIZONS BOOKING POLICY
Terms & Conditions
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A booking is made upon confirmation in writing with a booking reference and after receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Full payment is required within 28 days of arrival.
A booking may be changed prior to 28 days from arrival depending on availability with an admin fee of E100.
CANCELLATIONS
No refund for cancellations within 14 days.
Refund of 25% of total booking for cancellation between 28 & 14days.
For cancellations before 28 days the deposit will be retained but no further balance is due.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in:2pm-5pm. Please allow at least 1hr to travel from Malkerns or Matsapha depending on driving speed. Wide Horizons is off-the-beaten-track on a rural gravel road - good vehicle clearance is advised.
A late check-in fee of E200 is due thereafter.
Check out:7am -10am. After vacating your accommodation, by arrangement, you may enjoy the communal facilities thereafter before departure.
CATERING & MEALS
If self-catering we advise you arrive with all your supplies - the nearest shopping centres are Malkerns, Ezulwini or Matsapha (allow 1hr to drive there & the same back).
Meals are available by pre-booking at least 48hrs prior.
A small stock of limited supplies are for sale at Wide Horizons.
BREAKAGES
You agree to cover the cost of replacement of any items, equipment or materials that you damage or lose. You will be informed of this cost timeously and agree that it be deducted as part of your payment to Wide Horizons.
LIABILITY
You warrant that you have familiarized yourself with all risks associated with staying at Wide Horizons and accept all liability for your stay and agree to indemnify Wide Horizons and it’s owners and staff from any liability associated with any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your stay. Should any loss or damage be caused by gross negligence on the part of Wide Horizons or it’s staff, you agree that the limit of such liability will be E1million.
PRIVACY
All personal information you provide is required solely for your booking. Your information will not be sold or made available to third parties. Wide Horizons may send you information should you subscribe to it's newsletter and you may unsubscribe at any time.
